1GirlBoutique.com: Standard Shipping is a flat fee of $5.99
We offer USPS tracking number within 48-72hrs of shipment of your purchase Monday-Friday after your package is shipped.
Note: Shipments are mailed after your credit card payment is approved. This can take 1-3 days depending on your bank. Any purchases made after 3pm on Friday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday-Tuesday when your purchased is processed.
Standard Shipping takes between 5 to 7 business days within the United States via USPS.
Return Policy
1GirlBoutique.com allows customers within 7 days to return merchandise purchased from the date they receive it(Must be unworn and unused ONLY). Customers will be given a full return refund of their purchase NOT the shipping or gifting charge which is a non-refundable fee by following the instructions given in the NOTE below.
Note: When returning a NON-DAMAGED or DAMAGED item you must send a message on our Contact Us page to inform customer service within 3 days of you receiving your purchase that you want to return your items, or you will not receive a full refund. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount. Items returned back to 1GirlBoutique.com older than 7 days of receiving their merchandise shipment will be discarded and NO Refund will be given.
*When merchandise is being refunded allow 7-10 business days to receive a full refund in your account.
Returns are processed Monday-Friday ONLY and processing takes 1-2 business days. After a return is processed back into our system then we will send a refund back to your account/the payment form you used.
* 1GirlBoutique.com does not refund any shipping cost nor do we exchange merchandise purchased online. You will have to follow our RETURN policy and re-order new merchandise.
